At Budaörs Antik®, we want your experience to be as enjoyable and as easy as possible. We want to give you all the information you need throughout the order process, and because we care about our customers and the service they expect, you can rely on us to keep you informed every step of the way. 

All purchased products are packed with great care for safe transport and are only delivered to reliable carriers.

Purchased items are usually dispatched within 10-20 days depending on the target country and the shipment method. This is only estimate - please allow up to 20 days for large furniture to be properly delivered. Although we endeavor to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not be possible to meet these deadlines. In these cases you will be notified by email. Should this happen, you have the right to either continue with the order or cancel it.

Every order shipped by Budaörs Antik® requires a signature upon delivery. Parcels cannot be left without signatures. If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local sorting office.

Please note that in a multiple occupation building, anyone in the building is allowed to sign the parcel to confirm its receipt. Every parcel service considers an item as delivered once a signature at the designated address is achieved. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address, or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatory.

As the price for international shipping can vary depending on volume, weight and location please contact us with your name and address and you will receive a shipping quote within 48 Hours.

As a guide, our delivery charges for a large secretary usually are:
Austria, Germany: 200-300 €
France, Italy, Netherlands: 300-350 €
